On this day, 11 Jan 1987, Norwegian Pop trio Aha played Cardiff’s St David’s Hall. It was part of a 156 date World Tour that started the previous year and was called both Hunting High and Low and Scoundrel Days Tour after their first and second albums.
The following evening they played the Newport Centre.
The set for this tour lasted about 80 minutes and the songs played include “Train Of Thought”, “Love Is Reason”, “Living A Boy’s Adventure Tale”, “Cry Wolf”, “The Blue Sky”, “Manhattan Skyline”, “I’ve Been Losing You”, “The Sun Always Shines On TV”, “Driftwood”, “Here I Stand And Face The Rain”, “We’re Looking For The Whales”, “And You Tell Me”, “Hunting High And Low”, “Dream Myself Alive”, “Scoundrel Days” and “Take On Me”.
Some of the later shows include “Maybe Maybe”, “The Swing Of Things”, “The Weight Of The Wind”, “Touchy!” and “The Living Daylights”
